The next meeting is on Saturday 31st January and it is the AGM. The meeting is at a new venue for us at St Catherine’s House, Woodfield Park, Tickhill Road, Balby, Doncaster, DN4 8QP. Flourish enterprises consider that we are a partner society so have let us have the lovely drawing room for half the usual rate. 

The meeting starts promptly at 10am but we have the room from 9.30-1.30 so please pick up a cup of tea or coffee in the Flourish café before the meeting and it is ok to take it through to the meeting room. Water will be provided. 

You can purchase lunch in the café to bring through to the meeting room or bring your own. Unfortunately we can’t book a table in the café and it  may be quite busy.  A decision about a walk around Woodfield Park will be made at the meeting depending on the weather, the forecast so far is for rain. 

I’d also like to remind you that subs are due, see my previous email about methods of payment. Please let us know if you no longer wish to be a member of the society.

I’ll send the agenda and other documents out in a few days.
