North Cave YWT reserve has several hides overlooking a series of lakes which have a variety of ducks in winter. There are a variety of trees and several bird feeders so a good range of birds can be seen. Don’t forget your binoculars!

Meet in the car park – which is a long lane – at 1.30pm. There are a couple of chemical toilets there.

The walk around the reserve is less than 2 miles on flat ground. Part of the route is on grass which will be muddy after all the rain we have had.
