The End of the Line

For a talk by Colin Howes and Louise Hill called, ‘The End of the Line’. A message from Louise about it:

 Colin’s plan is that our talk will explore the legacy of
railway lines within the Doncaster Borough.  Many of the disused lines
are now local wildlife sites which Colin and I have visited or surveyed
over the years. 

There will be a photographic tour of the wildlife of the Doncaster Plant
Works site (where the Flying Scotsman and Mallard were built) in its
last year before it was closed, demolished and decontaminated to make
way for housing development.
