Each slide has a circular coloured sticker with a two section reference number

Information written on each slide has species, location, date. In some cases the date has been taken from the date printed on the slide which will not reflect the actual date of the meeting (indicated by *)

Three slides indicated that the photo was taken on a Nats trip, while one slide indicated a Y.N.U. trip.
