The next meeting is on Friday 12th September to Tickhill with Colin Howes.
Meet at 1.30 p.m. at the cul-de-sac off Worksop Rd/Lindrick Rd SK58819283, DN11 9NQ.
Colin intends to examine four of Tickhill’s interesting ginnels looking for wall ferns and other flora and fauna.
The distance of the walk is 1.8 miles.
Afterwards, if the mood takes you, he suggests finding some refreshment in one of Tickhill’s several town centre cafes.

Colin does not plan to go back in the evening to look for bats as it says on the programme.
Health and safety: care must be taken to cross the busy main road.
