Fungal Foray at Lindholme with Kevin Gilfedder

As usual, Kevin, our local expert, will lead us in a fungal extravaganza this year at Lindholme.

Meet at 10.30 on the grass in front of Lindholme Hall DN7 6DT.

There are toilets at the hall, and hot drinks available (although donations are appreciated if you have them).

Bring lunch. We usually have an hour or so in the afternoon as well, particularly if there are lots of finds. Lenses useful.

Main hazards: uneven ground with fallen branches etc as well as ticks and biting insects – though they should be fewer than in the summer.
