The next meeting is on Monday 14th April, the annual census of newts at Thorpe Marsh Nature Reserve with Mick Townsend.

Meet at 7.30pm at the level crossing on Applehurst Lane SK539912, DN6 0DZ.

Go through Nicholson’s Farmyard and Mick will be waiting at the level crossing. Please be prompt because Mick will have to phone someone to get the gate opened and it’s best if you all go through together.

Wear suitable footwear like wellies and warm clothes and take a torch.
